How do I create an account?

Download the Milaan app from your device's app store, open it, and tap "Sign Up." You'll need to use your university email address (.edu) to verify your student status. Follow the prompts to create your profile and get started.

How do I find study groups?

After logging in, navigate to the "Groups" tab and use the search function to find groups related to your courses or interests. You can filter by subject, university, or group size. You can also create your own study group by tapping the "+" button.

How do I share study materials?

Inside a study group, tap the "Resources" tab and then the upload icon. You can share PDFs, images, links, and notes with your group members. Remember to respect copyright and intellectual property guidelines when sharing materials.

Can I change my university?

If you've transferred to a new university, go to Settings > Profile > University and select "Update Institution." You'll need to verify your new .edu email address to complete the change. Your existing connections and groups will be maintained.

How do I report inappropriate content?

If you encounter content that violates our Community Guidelines, tap the three dots (...) next to the content and select "Report." Choose the appropriate reason for reporting and submit. Our moderation team will review your report promptly.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take data security seriously. Milaan uses end-to-end encryption for messages and secure cloud storage for shared files. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
