Milaan has a zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. We define a minor as any person under the age of 18.

Immediate action: We take immediate action against any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses minors

Grooming prevention: Communications that attempt to manipulate, exploit, or build inappropriate relationships with younger users are prohibited and reported to authorities

Legal compliance: We comply with all applicable laws regarding child safety and report illegal content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities

Age appropriate: All content must be appropriate for users 13 and above; users under 18 have additional protection measures

Prohibited content: Absolutely no content that depicts, promotes, normalizes or glorifies child abuse or exploitation in any form

Urgent reporting: We provide multiple, easy-to-access reporting tools for users to flag concerning content or behavior involving minors

Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from the Milaan platform. We reserve the right to update these guidelines as needed to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
